1: Membrane electrode assembly(MEA)specification

The membrane electrode assembly(MEA) is composed of the proton exchange membrane, catalyst layer, gas diffusion layer and frame sealing material.  The MEA converts the chemical energy of fuel gas into electrical energy through an electrochemical reaction. The MEA is the core component of the hydrogen fuel cell. Through the innovative design and unremitting efforts of our R & D and Product Development departments, Maxim has completed the development of three generations of  products and put them into production. Maxim MEAs have demonstrated single bus mileage of greater than 50,000 km, and total bus fleet mileage of more than 4 million km. Maxim MEAs lead many performance indicators at the international level.

3: Catalyst coated membrane/film(CCM/CCF)

• Continuous coating of CCM is available as follows:

   * Catalyst Coated Film (CCF): Electrode coated on PTFE release film;

   * Patch-Coated CCM (P-CCM);

   * Edge-to-Edge Coated CCM (CCM)

• Geometry can be designed according to the customer's specification;

• Key performance indicators and critical product characteristics will be delivered according to customer specifications ;

• All materials and process routes are fully traceable.

• Manufactured using proven world-class quality methods in a Lean Six-Sigma facility.
