1、 Material performance analysis of MEA components

Component materials are the basis of membrane electrode assemblies, and their expert choice directly determines the performance and service life of membrane electrode products. Therefore, the research, characterization and down-selection of each component material directly contributes to the research and development of the overall high-performing membrane electrode assembly. Maxim’s material science experts can conduct  comprehensive analysis of various component materials and deliver optimizationstrategies according to their many years of experience. This analysis is supported by Maxim’s world-class evaluation and characterization laboratory.




2、 Development of tooling, mould and small equipment

Based on our extensive understanding of  membrane electrode assembly testing, uses and failure modes, and our many years of expert experience, Maxim can design and develop custom fixtures, molds, and testing and inspection equipment according to customer needs, which will delivermembrane electrode products with high quality and long service life.  

 






 

3、 MEA failure diagnosis analysis and online analysis

In real-world operation, , due to many reasons, the membrane electrode assembly may fail due to various root causes. This leads to the overall reduction of stack performance . In view of this, and combined with the results of several typical  case studies and based on the experience of international top experts with over twenty years of experience in hydrogen fuel cells Maxim has developed a variety of membrane electrode assembly failure diagnosis and analysis  procedures. These procedures ,can comprehensively analyze and evaluate the membrane electrode assembly during and after use, and put forward targeted improvement suggestions to directly help the membrane electrode design improvement effort and improve the performance optimization of the stack and system.
